Wai Kru Ram Muay
The pre-fight ceremonial performance preceding IFMA-sanctioned bouts: a standardised Wai Kru (respect) portion followed by a gym-specific Ram Muay (dance) portion. Coded as a deliberately partial sequence -- see file header and the mt-ram-muay-dance step notes for why the dance portion is named but not further decomposed.
