Chapter email privacy notice
This notice covers the weekly primer chapter emails offered on Eskirmology.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Jamie Acutt / Eskirmology. Questions or requests can be sent to privacy@eskirmology.org.
Why we use your information
We use your email address to confirm your subscription and send a weekly link to the next primer chapter. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
What we store
We store your email address, subscription status and source, chapter progress, confirmation and unsubscribe records, and delivery logs. We also record the time, IP address, browser information, and policy version associated with consent events.
Retention and unsubscribe
We keep this information only for as long as needed to run the chapter sequence, honour unsubscribes, resolve delivery problems, and meet legal obligations. Every chapter email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us to request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to its use. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
