Yoko-guruma
A counter technique: as uke pulls, tori shifts and wraps the pulling arm around uke's back, positions the knees against uke's knee-hollows, advances while falling backward into a bridge posture, then rotates uke sideways, releasing the pulling hand to grasp behind the shoulder while pushing up on the abdomen to complete the rotation.
